1 – How do you ship packages ?

Our warehouse is located in China, where we deal with our partners in that country. This partnership entitles us to buy, and in a more precise term, stock some of products that demand is active and at a very reasonable price.

for shipping destination, the is limited to 5 countries, namely Canada, the United States, Britain, France, and Australia, while we rely in the shipping process on international companies such as USPS, ePacket, etc.

2 – What about customs ?

All tax & duties will be covered by us. If you are charged any duty/tax fees for your order, please send us a copy of the invoice so we can settle the charges.

3 – How long does shipping take ?

This does not include the processing time, which most of the time takes 1-3 days, and in some rare and exceptional cases it may reach eight days or more.

4 – Do you provide tracking information ?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

Also, to follow up on your order manually, you can visit the shipment tracking page and then put the tracking information you need that you have previously obtained via your e-mail after ordering a product.

5 – My tracking says “no information available at the moment” ?.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

6 – Will my items be sent in one package ?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
